Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience in accounting and finance.
• Good working knowledge of Tally, accounting principles, and GAAP.
• Experience in budgeting, cost control, preparation of financial summaries, cash flow statements, account reconciliations, and financial reporting will be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance processes.

Responsibilities

• Receive vendor invoices and update records in accounting systems.
• Verify invoice accuracy and obtain approvals before posting entries.
• Process vendor payments and conduct regular reconciliations.
• Prepare and finalize Balance Sheets and financial statements with auditors.
• Ensure GST and TDS compliance and timely filings.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and year-end reconciliations.
