A consulting firm in the Philippines is seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage various financial tasks including preparation of SOAs, bank reconciliation, and inventory counts. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy and possess at least 3 years of experience in a related field. The role requires proficiency in MS Office, attention to detail, and a willingness to work extended hours.

Formación

• At least 3 years of experience in a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare SOA and send to customers.
• Schedule check pick up and advise collectors.
• Issuance of collection receipts.
• Recording and reconciliation of sales/credit memo in customer payments.
• Reconciliation, follow-up, and recording of collections and EWT.
• Perform bank reconciliation.
• Conduct inventory count and reconciliation.
• Check expense reports, reimbursements, and liquidations.
• File sales monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
• Complete any ad hoc tasks.

Educación

College graduate
