Job summary

DELFI MARKETING, INC. in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Accountant to join our finance team. You will close monthly books, prepare statutory and management reports, and liaise with other departments to ensure timely submissions.

The role requires strong accuracy, knowledge of general ledgers, and coordination with HQ. You’ll perform intercompany reconciliations and assist with audits to support compliant financial operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA/CFA or pursuing CPA preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Close monthly books and prepare management reports.
• Prepare data for statutory accounts and HQ submissions.
• Liaise with departments to ensure timely document submission for processing.
• Ensure accruals and reconciliation of the general ledger to sub-ledgers.
• Assist with internal/external audits and maintain audit readiness.
• Maintain fiscal files for statutory/tax audits.
• Submit reports by set deadlines.
• Perform intercompany reconciliations and other duties as assigned.
