Job summary

Accounting Supervisor role in a manufacturing setting located in Calamba, Laguna. You will oversee daily accounting tasks, manage month-end closures, and ensure compliance with PEZA and tax requirements while maintaining strong internal controls.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, 3-5 years in a supervisory role, and readiness for a face-to-face interview. Immediate start is preferred for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• At least 3-5 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience in general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, PEZA and tax compliance.
• Willing to attend face to face interview.
• Can start as soon as possible is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, PEZA, and tax compliance
• Prepare and evaluate financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to support management in making informed business decisions
• Manage month-end and year-end closing activities while ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting standards
• Develop, implement, and monitor internal controls and accounting policies to ensure efficient financial operations
• Demonstrate strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
