Job summary

A hospitality company in Manila is seeking an experienced accounting professional to assist in financial reporting and team management. The role requires 3-5 years of accounting experience along with a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field. Responsibilities include drafting policies, consolidating reports, and ensuring compliance with government regulations. The ideal candidate should have proficiency in accounting software and a strong grasp of PH accounting standards.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years accounting experience, with some supervisory or lead experience.
• Knowledge of PH accounting standards, AP/AR, GL, and month-end closing.
• Experienced in financial report review, reconciliations, and transaction validation.
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting accounting policies and ensure timely reports.
• Review and check reports uploaded by accounting staff.
• Consolidate, check, and validate accounting reports.
• Prepare monthly reports for management review.
• Supervise accounting staff and coordinate with departments.
