Job Description

• Monitors compliance on Collection Summary Report
• Reviews if collection receipts are properly prepared and issued
• Verifies remittances coming from warehouse and sales
• Checks postings in SAP
• Compliance with timely sending out of billings to customers and recording of payment applications
• Reviews posting of sales in SAP
• Checking of daily update of Disbursement Checks Monitoring
• Reviews the posting of AP Voucher
• Posting of Landed cost
• SOA approval and price linking in SAP
• Prepares Monthly Bank Reconciliation Statement
• Reviews any adjustment to Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable thru creation of Debit or Credit Memo in SAP
• Reviews the GRPO posting in SAP
• Monitors the Open item in SAP to counter check any hanging transactions in SAP
• Preparation of BIR related returns
• Assists in the Monthly Closing of Books, preparation of account schedules
• Any other tasks as assigned by the management
