Job summary

Scrubbed is seeking an Accounting Staff to handle end-to-end accounting tasks from transactional processing to financial statement preparation, leveraging modern cloud-based tools. Qualifications

• 1–2 years of accounting experience, preferably in BPO.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
• CPA license preferred.
• Experience with accounting systems (QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, NetSuite).
• Able to work under pressure and refocus for urgent tasks.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable processing
• Accounts Receivable processing
• Inventory analysis
• Monthly payroll run and accounting
• Month end journals and closing adjustments
• Prepare and complete monthly financial reports
• Bank and GL reconciliations
• Actively participates during client calls
• Identify significant risks and document in a technical memo
• Able to guide and review entry-level staff work
• Drafts process documentation
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
