About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Accounting Staff to join our dynamic team at RVS CARGO SERVICES INC. This full-time position is based in Binondo Manila City Metro Manila, and will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial integrity and operations of our company.

What you'll be doing

• Performing general accounting duties such as recording financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports
• Assisting with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Verifying and processing accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and documentation
• Providing support to the wider finance team as required

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably in a similar industry
• Proficient in the use of accounting software and MS Office Suite
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
