JOB DESCRIPTION

The Accounting Staff will process routine accounting transactions and maintain complete supporting records. The successful candidate should be organized, capable in the relevant field, and able to work professionally with the assigned team.

• Record journal entries, receipts, payments, and other routine transactions.
• Prepare reconciliations and supporting schedules.
• Check invoices, vouchers, and accounting documents for completeness.
• Assist with closing, audit, and tax requirements.
• Maintain orderly accounting records and filing.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• College Level or accounting-related education preferred; relevant experience may be considered.
• 1–2 years of accounting experience preferred.
• Strong numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and document control.
• Knowledge of Excel and accounting or finance software.
• Able to meet reporting deadlines and maintain confidential records.
• Knowledge of Philippine accounting or tax practices is an advantage.
