Qualifications
- College Graduate of Finance, Accountancy, Management, or relevant course
- Bookkeeping NCII or NCIII graduate is an advantage
- At least 1–3 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or financial operations
- Knowledge in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, tax forms, and deadlines
- Proper filing and monitoring of office expenses
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, or other relevant applications
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good oral communication and writing skills
- Diligent, keen on details, fast learner, with a positive working attitude
Job Requirements / Responsibilities
- Manage financial operations for international trade, including customs duty/tax compliance, foreign exchange (forex), and Letter of Credit (LC) accounting
- Handle inventory costing and Accounts Payable/Receivable (AP/AR) for global suppliers and buyers
- Prepare customs and shipping documentation, including invoices and bills of lading
- Maintain standard financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance with trade regulations
- Minimize financial risks while ensuring accurate and timely financial operations
