MangoJob- Recruitment Platform | Jobs & Hiring App is seeking an Accounting Staff to handle routine accounting transactions and maintain supporting records within our finance team in Parañaque, Metro Manila. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of accounting experience, proficiency in Excel, and knowledge of Philippine accounting practices. This role offers negotiable compensation and an opportunity to contribute to accurate financial reporting.

Formación

• College level or accounting-related education preferred; relevant experience may be considered.
• 1–2 years of accounting experience preferred.
• Strong numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and document control.
• Knowledge of Excel and accounting or finance software.
• Able to meet reporting deadlines and maintain confidential records.
• Knowledge of Philippine accounting or tax practices is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Record journal entries, receipts, payments, and other routine transactions.
• Prepare reconciliations and supporting schedules.
• Check invoices, vouchers, and accounting documents for completeness.
• Assist with closing, audit, and tax requirements.
• Maintain orderly accounting records and filing.
