Infinit-O is seeking an Accounting Specialist - Level 1 to support year-end general ledger reconciliations and data gathering from Great Plains. The role emphasizes accuracy, process discipline, and collaboration with finance teams.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of accounting experience, a high school diploma or post-secondary accounting studies, and strong Excel skills to drive reconciliations and reporting.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of accounting experience.
• Accounting Specialist - Level 1 role.
• Post-secondary in Accounting or equivalent education.

Responsibilities

• Year End General Ledger Account Reconciliations (designated accounts)
• Gather Data from Great Plains for the assigned general ledger accounts
• Validate general ledger entries are correct and Journalize any corrections as necessary
• Summarize data by designated identifier
• Report the summary reconciliation and provide the necessary actions that are required
