Job summary

Lexie Consulting seeks a seasoned accounting professional to support FP&A and client accounting services. The role requires 3-5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field.

Proficiency with QBO or QBOA is required, with preference for QBO Advanced, Spreadsheet Sync, Fathom, or Spotlight. You will build cash flow forecasts, budgets, KPI dashboards, and variance analyses, while safeguarding client confidentiality.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field preferred; equivalent accounting and FP&A experience will be considered.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting, client accounting services, FP&A support, controllership support, or a similar role.
• Demonstrated experience working in QBO or QBOA required; experience with QBO Advanced, Spreadsheet Sync, Fathom, Spotlight, or similar reporting tools preferred.
• Experience building or maintaining cash flow forecasts, budgets, forecasts, KPI dashboards, variance analyses, or client-facing financial summaries.
• Comfort using AI tools safely and practically to accelerate work while validating results against source data and accounting judgment.
• Experience in an outsourced accounting, fractional CFO, or multi-client service environment strongly preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client financial information with professionalism and discretion.
