Tasks / Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee daily accounting tasks including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Reconcile account statements and resolve discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support financial operations.
  • Assist with the preparation of tax returns and other financial documents required by US authorities.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in accounts payable or receivable.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel).
