HRTx Inc. is seeking an Accounting & Reporting Specialist to handle monthly closes, IFRS journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and statutory reporting in a global coverage window. This role is 100% remote with nightshift hours from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, a CPA/ACCA/CIMA preferred, at least two years in general accounting or financial reporting, SAP and Excel proficiency, and experience with IFRS 16. Nightshift is required.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA/ACCA/CIMA preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in General Accounting, Financial Reporting, or Audit.
• Knowledge of IFRS (IFRS 16 required).
• Shared Services experience or external audit background from top firms preferred.

About the Role

Responsible for financial closing, IFRS journal entries, trial balance analysis, and statutory reporting during global coverage hours and period-end close windows.

Key Responsibilities

• Post monthly accruals, prepaids, fixed asset entries, and reclassifications per IFRS standards.
• Conduct monthly balance sheet reconciliations and entity-level financial reviews.
• Prepare quarterly group reporting packages, IFRS disclosures, tax returns, and statutory reporting.
• Execute J-SOX controls and assist internal/external audit requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA, ACCA, or CIMA preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years experience in General Accounting, Financial Reporting, or Audit.
• Technical Requirement: Knowledge of IFRS (IFRS 16 required).
• Shared Services experience or external audit background from top audit firms preferred.
• Working knowledge of SAP and MS Excel (candidates will take an Excel Assessment).
• Must be comfortable working the Nightshift schedule (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM).
