Job summary

A leading construction company in the Philippines is seeking a Finance professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and at least 5 years of experience. The candidate will prepare financial reports, manage cash flow, and ensure compliance with banking regulations. Opportunities for performance bonuses and various benefits are included. This full-time position is on-site in Pasig, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Non-CPA candidates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in General Accounting and Financial Reporting is required.
• Experience in General Accounting, Financial Reporting, Corporate Taxation.
• Experience with BIR audit and financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Assist the Controller with daily banking transactions and requirements.
• Manage cash flow and prepare cash forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with banking requirements.
• Oversee timely payment of expenses, review service-related costs, and supervise payroll preparation.
