The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field and 3–5 years of supervisory accounting experience. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and government compliance, with excellent leadership and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and government compliance.
• Proficient in financial analysis, budgeting, and internal controls.
• Knowledge of accounting systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and management reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and government requirements.
• Monitor budgets, cash flow, and financial performance.
• Establish and maintain effective internal controls and accounting procedures.
• Supervise, guide, and evaluate the accounting team.
• Coordinate with other departments on financial matters.
