Job summary

J-K Network Services is seeking an Accounting Manager for a Japanese-affiliated logistics company in the Philippines. The role focuses on supervising accounting staff, financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls.

Onsite work with a 8am-5pm schedule; salary Php60,000–Php70,000 with room for performance bonuses. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance, CPA or CMA is a plus, and has 2–5 years of accounting experience including supervisory duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA or CMA certification is an advantage.
• 2–5 years of accounting or finance experience.
• Supervisory experience is an advantage.
• Experience with accounting software is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Accounting Staff: Manage, mentor, and delegate tasks to accounting staff, ensuring timely and accurate completion of accounting activities.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements and reports in compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Prepare budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections to support business planning.
• Compliance and Internal Controls: Maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Audit Coordination: Coordinate with internal and external auditors and assist in resolving audit findings and discrepancies.
• Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data and variances to support management decision-making.
• Accounting Operations: Oversee general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and other accounting activities.
• Management Support: Collaborate with other departments and provide financial insights to support business objectives.
