Job summary

AZ BIZCORP MANAGEMENT PTE LTD is a Singapore-based professional accounting firm seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage bookkeeping for multiple clients. The role includes preparing management accounts, year-end statements, GST returns, and tax filings with ACRA.

Fluency in English and Mandarin, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work independently are required. Location is in Singapore, with a standard Monday–Friday schedule and potential for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
• Strong sense of responsibility, maturity, self-initiative, and attention to detail.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin to communicate with clients.

Responsibilities

• Bookkeeping transactions for partial or full sets of multiple clients’ accounts.
• Prepare management accounts and director statements for year-end filing.
• Prepare quarterly GST returns.
• Prepare tax computations and Form C/CS for company income tax.
• Perform other filings, e.g., IR21, IR8A, GST registration.
• Perform ACRA filings.
• Perform any other duties as required.
