ResultsCX is seeking an Accounting Compliance Specialist - Tax and Compliance to support filing and coordination with government agencies such as BIR and PEZA in Pasig, PH. The role focuses on accurate tax filing and regulatory submissions across BIR, PEZA, and local government units.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s in Accountancy with 1 year of tax/accounting experience, English fluency, and the ability to interpret policies and generate clear reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy with relevant Tax/Accounting experience.
• At least 1 year of Tax/Accounting experience.
• Experience filing tax returns with the BIR.
• Preferably experienced in compliance requirements.
• Experience with Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) is a plus.
• Fluent in English (oral and written).
• Ability to read and interpret business processes and regulations.
• Able to write reports and process manuals.
• Able to present information and respond to questions.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for timely and accurate tax filing of all tax returns and registrations with the BIR.
• Assist in tax assessments or audits initiated by the BIR.
• Ensure compliance with PEZA reports and monthly filings (EZMPR, etc.).
• Process and monitor mandatory reporting requirements for Local Government Units where sites are located.
• Perform other tasks as required by the Immediate Head.

Accounting Compliance Specialist - Tax and Compliance

Full Location: Pasig - PH

The Accounting Compliance Specialist - Tax and Compliance will assist in filing and coordinating with all the government agencies, such as BIR, PEZA, and other local government agencies.

In this role you will:

• Be responsible for the timely and accurate tax filing of all the tax returns and registration with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR).


• Assist in the tax assessments or audits initiated by the BIR.


• Ensure that the Company is compliant with the submission of its PEZA reports and monthly filings (i.e., PEZA permit processing, EZMPR, etc.).


• Process and monitor all mandatory reporting requirements for all the Local Government Units where sites are located.


• Perform all other tasks as may be required by the Immediate Head

We are looking for someone who has:

• Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy with equivalent Tax/Accounting experience.


• Must have at least 1 year of relevant Tax/Accounting experience.


• With experience in filing tax returns with the BIR.


• Preferably with experience in handling the different compliance requirements.


• Preferably with experience dealing with the Philippine Economic Zone Authority.


• Fluent in English and able to communicate correctly and clearly (both oral and written)


• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business processes, corporate policies, and regulations.


• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and process manuals.


• Ability to present information and respond to questions from peers and colleagues.


• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.


• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
