Job summary

TRIMOTORS TECHNOLOGY CORPORATION in the Philippines is seeking a General Ledger Accountant to manage accurate and compliant financial records. You will record journal entries, reconcile GL accounts, and assist in monthly and quarterly reporting.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Accountancy or related field, 6 months to 2 years of accounting experience, and familiarity with basic bookkeeping. SAP knowledge is a plus, with opportunities to contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

Creating and keeping up-to-date, accurate, and compliant financial documentation is the responsibility of general ledger accountants. Examples of the tasks and obligations of a general ledger accountant include:

General Ledger Maintenance

• Record and post journal entries accurately and timely.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and investigate discrepancies.

Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Reconciliations, Monitoring & Adjustments

• Perform GL accounts reconciliation

Compliance & Audit Support and Process Improvement & Support

** Other duties may be assigned from time to be assigned from time to time.**

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or any accounting-related course.
• At least 6 months to 2 years of experience as a bookkeeper or Accountant.
