Job summary

Xerox Philippines is seeking an Accounting Analyst (R2R) to support Record to Report activities in Cebu, Philippines. The role follows a 2:00 PM–11:00 PM second shift and is onsite for the first six months, then transitions to a hybrid setup.

You will prepare monthly financial accounts, journal entries, reconciliations, and support audits and SOX compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams and leveraging US GAAP knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field with 3–5 years of financial analysis experience.
• Hands-on experience with US GAAP and multiple general ledger accounts.
• CPA/ACCA/CMA certification preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, Sage and BI tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial accounts and schedules under US GAAP.
• Prepare journal entries and complete reconciliations.
• Support internal and external audits and SOX compliance activities.
• Manage priorities and coordinate workflows across teams.
• Assist in process improvements within R2R.

Overview

Accounting Analyst (R2R) supports Xerox Record to Report accounting activities in Cebu, Philippines. This role is responsible for financial and accounting analysis across multiple general ledger accounts and finance workstreams, helping ensure accurate monthly financial accounts, reconciliations, and compliance. The position follows a second-shift schedule from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM and is onsite for the first six months, transitioning to a hybrid work setup thereafter.

What You Need To Succeed

• Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Management Accounting, or a related field
• 3 to 5 years of relevant financial or accounting analysis experience within a multinational, shared services, or local company environment
• Hands-on experience across multiple general ledger accounts and finance workstreams, with knowledge of US GAAP
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and written and verbal communication skills
• Professional accounting certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA; R2R or shared services experience; relevant accounting sub-domain experience; and familiarity with SAP, Oracle, E-Automate, Sage, Tableau, QlikView, Power BI, Essbase SmartView, or BlackLine are preferred
