A leading pharmaceutical company in Mandaluyong is looking for an Accounting Assistant to support financial operations. Responsibilities include managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing financial reports, and acting as company cashier. Candidates with an accounting background and strong analytical skills are preferred, but experience is not required. The position offers health insurance and annual company trips.

Qualifications

• Preferably Accounting Graduate or any Accounting related course.
• With or without experience.
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills, very keen on details.

Responsabilités

• Controls and records all the post-dated checks from clients.
• Responsible for the processing of accounts payable.
• Prepares monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated sales and collection report.
