Job summary

API Delevan, Inc. seeks an Accountant III in Pasig, Manila, Philippines for a full-time hybrid role. You will support the monthly close, consolidations, intercompany accounting, and related journal entries, working closely with the accounting team and Finance.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Accounting, 5+ years of experience, consolidation expertise, and strong Oracle/SAP, Hyperion or OneStream skills. CPA preferred; excellent communication and analytical abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• 5+ years of relevant accounting experience.
• Consolidation experience in a large/multi-national setting preferred.
• Experience with Oracle/SAP ERP, Hyperion and/or OneStream strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the monthly close and consolidation processes including intercompany accounting.
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations and financial statement analytics.
• Drive process improvements to shorten close cycles via SOPs and automation.
• Support internal controls assessments and maintain control design effectiveness.
• Assist with external audits and SEC reporting schedules as needed.
• Coordinate with auditors and internal teams across Treasury, Legal and HR.

## Accountant IIIApply: Hybrid: Pasig, Manila, Philippines: Full time: Posted Today: R26\\_04712Work Model: You’ll work in a hybrid model, onsite at your designated Regal Rexnord location, with flexibility to work remotely. \\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_ **Position Summary:**Functionally reporting to the Segment Finance Director, the Staff Accountant will support the monthly accounting close and consolidation process in partnership and collaboration with members of the broader accounting team and other stakeholders throughout the Company. This position will maintain close working relationships with Segment Controllership and Finance teams and various other departments throughout the organization, including Treasury, Legal and HR. The Staff Accountant is a full-time role. This role will have a broad responsibility for the following areas:* General Ledger* Consolidations and Intercompany Accounting– ownership of the final consolidation and intercompany elimination process, Hyperion loads, mapping, etc* Treasury Accounting – debt and interest, hedging, cash reconciliations, dividends* US Ledger Accounting – shared accounting for certain activities of US and Mexico based businesses**Key Responsibilities*** Support the monthly close and consolidation process, including cash, prepaids, fixed assets, leases, accruals / reserves, debt, allocations, insurance, and equity* Prepare certain journal entries, account reconciliations and financial statement analytics* Drive continuous improvement and reduce cycle time in the monthly close process through the increased utilization of technology and tools, implementation of standard operating procedures and other efficiency measures* Support internal control assessments and establish and maintain effective design and operating effectiveness of internal controls of assigned processes* Implements processes and controls to ensure compliance with statutory regulations and Corporate accounting standards/policies.* Provides SEC Reporting support as needed – roll forwards, support schedules* Coordinate with and support external auditors for quarterly reviews and annual audit**Professional Experience/Qualifications*** Bachelor's degree in Accounting* CPA or CPA equivalent preferred* At least 5 years of relevant accounting experience* Consolidation experience at a large, multi-national company is strongly preferred* Experience with Oracle/SAP ERP system, Hyperion and/or OneStream is strongly preferred.
