Job summary

Private Advertiser seeks a qualified accounting professional to handle end-to-end financial statement preparation for our organization in the Philippines. The role covers monthly, quarterly, and annual reports with emphasis on accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.

The ideal candidate is a CPA with 3–5 years of experience in financial reporting, strong closing process knowledge, and proficiency in NetSuite and Excel. Real estate exposure is an advantage in our operations.

Qualifications

• CPA with a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting, or a related field.
• With 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial reporting and accounting, with strong exposure to the end-to-end financial statement process.
• Strong knowledge of financial statement preparation, financial analysis, account reconciliation, and month-end/year-end closing.
• Real estate industry experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge or experience in NetSuite and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel are an advantage.

• Handle the end-to-end preparation of financial statements, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and preparation of supporting schedules.

• Analyze financial statements, variances, trends, and key financial indicators to provide meaningful insights to management.

• Ensure financial reports are accurate, complete, timely, and compliant with applicable accounting standards and company policies.

• Coordinate with internal and external auditors and other departments on financial reporting requirements, audit requests, and resolution of accounting issues.
