Job summary

Sen Yeh Philippines Inc. is seeking an Accountant to handle financial record-keeping, AP/AR, journal entries, and periodic statements. The role supports budgeting, forecasting, and tax compliance, with emphasis on accuracy and confidentiality.

The successful candidate will have a degree in Accountancy and 1–3 years of accounting experience, with proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks. CPA is an advantage but not required, and the position requires strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Process journal entries and reconcile bank statements.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Monitor and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Prepare and file tax returns and other government-mandated reports.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
• Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned.
