Job Description

• Supervise all regular accounting processes such as A/P and Journal Entries plus monthly closure of accounts.
• Ensure efficient working of all financial transactions in organization.
• Monitor account reconciliation, tax and calculations inclusive of cost accounting plus factory data recording processes.
• Prepare journal entries and synthesize common ledger for subsidiary accounts.
• Compute and prepare accurate tax returns for the taxes due to BIR.
• Register and submit to the government agencies concerning book and report (BIR & SEC).
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy.
• Preferably 2-3 years experienced employee specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
• Preferably with knowledge in different Accounting Principles and procedures, including accounts receivable, Accounts Payable, bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, financial statement preparation and financial reporting.
• Ensure timely and accurate compliance to tax and BIR requirements.
