• Supervise the day-to-day accounting operations of the cooperative
• Review and check loan releases and other disbursements adjustmentsbilling statements for sending to schools collections from schools / invoices /petty cash transactions
• Payroll
• Ensure timely filing / payment of tax returns and remittances of SSS,PHIC,HDMF
• Ensure timely submission of compliance reports
• Keep updated as to memorandum circulars issued by the CDA, compliance requirements of other regulatory agencies such as BIR, SSS, PHIC, HDMF
• Ensure that inquiries / complaints are attended to by concerned staff
• Coordinate with auditors or examiners/inspectors/consultants
• Attend to requirements of committees, board of directors, officers
• Assist in the preparation of materials for general assembly meetings
• Perform other tasks as may be assigned from time to time

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience Level: 3–5 years of accounting or related experience.
• Skills and Competencies: Preferably CPA
