Job summary

Genfinity is seeking a Finance Role to support the Director of Accounting & Compliance in management and financial reporting for the NA Division. The role emphasizes timely monthly packs, robust reconciliations, and involvement in audits.

The successful candidate will enhance controls, implement improved procedures, and assist cross-team finance functions while adapting to a remote work setup and a standard Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA/CPA required.
• Minimum of 3 years PQE; 3–7 years preferred.

• Robust internal controls and reconciliations.
• Advanced Excel user and strong system skills.

Responsibilities

• Produce monthly management accounts packs within 5 working days of month end.
• General ledger accounting, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Reconcile key accounts: bank, intercompany, fixed assets.
• Own month-end balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams.
• Involvement in year-end statutory audit.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and controls.
• Assist with new procedures and system implementations.
• Handle ad hoc requests from finance and external teams.
• Participate in ad hoc project work.

Essential requirements

• Professional Accounting qualification of ACA/ACCA/CPA required
• Minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE), with 3–7 years of relevant professional experience preferred

Work Arrangement

• 100% Remote / WorkFromHome
• Work Days: Monday to Friday
• Shift Schedule: 2pm to 11pm PH Manila time
• Earnup to PHP 120,000, with additional premium pay available for CPA professionals and candidates holding recognized international professional certifications
