Job summary

First Balfour, Inc. in Makati City is seeking a skilled accountant to support financial reporting, accounts management, and compliance across project operations.

You will generate budgets and revenue analyses for management, prepare AR/AP aging, and perform reconciliations, asset capitalization, and accruals to ensure accurate financial statements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field.
• Preferably with 5 years experience.
• CPA is an advantage.
• Experience in financial accounting/management accounting/statutory compliance in construction industry is an advantage.
• Knowledge in SAP Software and JD Edwards ERP is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting: Generate detailed budget and revenue reports for management review and sales team presentations.
• Accounts Management: Prepare comprehensive Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable aging reports.
• Reconciliation Tasks: Perform thorough account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Asset Management: Process capitalization of assets upon receipt confirmation and generate invoices for asset disposals.
• Accruals Preparation: Prepare internal revenue accruals and elected expense accruals for accurate financial reporting.
