Job Description

Position Overview:

• We are hiring a licensed CPA with solid experience in accounting, audit, and financial operations.
• The ideal candidate is skilled in financial reporting, tax compliance, payroll, payment processing, and collections, ensuring smooth financial operations for both clients and the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review financial statements aligned with PFRS
• Conduct audits and ensure BIR and SEC compliance
• Process payroll and ensure accurate disbursements
• Manage accounts payable, vendor payments, and reimbursements
• Handle receivables and collections to support cash flow
• Assist with tax filings and BIR submissions
• Support financial process improvements and internal controls
• Collaborate with the team to meet client needs
• Stay informed on tax laws and regulations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field
• CPA license (PRC)
• 3–5 years of experience in accounting, audit, payroll, and collections
• Knowledge of Philippine tax laws, payroll, and BIR compliance
• Experience in payment and collection processes
• Proficiency in accounting/payroll tools (QuickBooks, SAP, ODOO)
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• High attention to detail and professionalism
