Qualification:
  • Candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree in business studies/administration/management, Commerce, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or related field.
  • At least 2 years of work experience in Corporate or Commercial loans for SMEs or middle-market segment. Strong credit experience is an advantage.
  • Has knowledge of Banking/Lending products and industry, Marketing, Data Analysis, Financial Monitoring and Reporting, Research, Risk Management.
  • Proficient in the use of basic applications like MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, including email access. Moderate keyboard skills at 40 WPM and 80% accuracy.
  • Excellent customer experience and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective English communication skills, both oral and written. Can speak the local dialect and/or Filipino.
  • Action orientated. Should be able to follow up on feedback to ensure positive outcomes.
  • Knowledge and skill of modern office practices, procedures, equipment and standard clerical techniques.
  • Efficient facilitation skills. Should be able to facilitate group discussions.
  • Ability to meet department metrics, sales targets and production goals.
  • Willing to do field work & must know how to drive motorcycle & have a driver’s license.
Responsibilities:
  • Identifies, develops and maintains mutually beneficial relationships with First Standard clients.
  • Looks for new accounts/relationships that can be established for First Standard.
  • Identifies area coverage, competitors, marketing strategies and loan packages being offered.
  • Conducts client calls to know client’s financial needs, obtain data on the company’s operation, its financials and management.
  • Manages existing loan portfolio. Evaluates borrowings and analyzes financials of clients. Monitors financial condition/viability of the accounts handled.
  • Implements Agent Accreditation Program, including agent retention and revitalization of inactive agents.
  • Processes accreditation of new vehicle dealers, retention of dealers and reestablish partnership with inactive or dormant dealers.
  • Conducts Below the Line Marketing activities like: leafleting or online through the use of social media platforms, thematic activities within the branch and period focused deals (Valentine’s, Summer, Christmas promo, etc.).
  • Suggests Above the Line Marketing Strategies as a result of Market Survey and Competitor movement.
  • Prepares weekly activity reports, weekly travel monitoring report and marketing planning report presented during monthly marketing meetings.
