About the roleAs an Account Manager at PTC Commercial Corporation, you will play a vital role in managing and nurturing key customer relationships. This full-time position is based in Makati City, Metro Manila and involves building strong partnerships with clients to drive growth and ensure their ongoing satisfaction.
What you'll be doing
  1. Proactively manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for clients
  2. Develop a deep understanding of client needs and challenges, and propose tailored solutions to address them
  3. Negotiate and secure new business opportunities, as well as manage contract renewals and expansions
  4. Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as sales, marketing, and product to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  5. Identify and capitalise on growth opportunities within your account base
  6. Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates on account performance and activities
  7. Represent the company at client meetings, events, and other networking opportunities
What we're looking for
  1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in account management or a similar customer-facing role, preferably within the sales industry
