HC Consumer Finance is seeking a field collection officer in the Philippines to conduct house-to-house visits, collect payments from Home Credit clients, and drive collections in assigned areas. The role involves negotiation, skip tracing, and maintaining compliance with company policies.

Travel within the local area is expected, and success is rewarded with performance-based incentives. You will document visits, report findings, and build rapport with customers while ensuring payment schedules
