PwC Acceleration Centers Manila seeks a Manager to lead and implement audit initiatives within our Core Assurance team. You will guide engagements, supervise audit teams, manage client service accounts, and deliver high-quality results while upholding PwC standards.

You will mentor colleagues, resolve complex issues, and drive workstreams with a client-centric approach, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting is required.
• At least 4 years of audit experience.
• Philippines Licensed CPA or US CPA license is required.
• Oral and written proficiency in English required.

As a Manager you are expected to guide the execution of audit engagements, focusing on a customer‑centric approach that supports PwC's goals and vision. You are expected to be responsible for supervising, developing, and coaching teams, managing client service accounts, and driving assigned client engagement workstreams by independently solving and analyzing complex problems to develop impactful deliverables.

What You Must Have

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• At least 4 years experienced in audit
• Philippines Licensed Certified Public Accountant (Manila) or US Certified Public Accountant
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
