Job summary

Japan Home Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Maintenance Technician to act as the central contact for air-conditioning and building maintenance in offices and stores.

You will manage requests, coordinate with vendors, and ensure timely repairs. Responsibilities include handling documentation, reports, and basic financial processing related to maintenance activities, and assisting with policy communication and implementation.

Qualifications

• 2-year vocational course in Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, Cooling Technology, or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in air-conditioning troubleshooting, repair, and installation.
• Knowledgeable in troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repair of split-type, window-type, or package-type AC units.
• MS Office for preparing maintenance reports, documentation, and assisting with procurement of spare parts.
• NC II in RAC Servicing is an advantage.

• Knowledgeable in troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repair of split-type, window-type, or package-type AC units.
• Basic computer skills, particularly in MS Office, for preparing maintenance reports, documentation, and assisting with the procurement or canvassing of spare parts.
• NC II in RAC Servicing is an advantage.
