Job summary

Deloitte in the Philippines is seeking fresh graduates and early-career professionals to join our IT Audit team. You will assist in executing IT audit engagements, testing ITGCs and automated controls, and supporting risk assessments across business processes and systems.

You will work with a supportive team, develop strong documentation and reporting skills, and stay current with regulatory requirements. A growth-oriented environment awaits with exposure to diverse clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 1–2 years IT Audit experience is a plus.
• CISA, CIA, CPA preferred but not required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; detail-oriented with solid communication and documentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; strong stakeholder management.

• Support assessment of business processes, IT risks, and internal controls to identify weaknesses and opportunities for improvement.
• Perform audit procedures per methodologies, work programs, and identified risks.
• Prepare audit workpapers, testing docs, and reports in a timely, organized manner.
• Assist in identifying IT and operational risks across processes and systems.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to facilitate audit activities and observations.
• Stay updated on emerging tech risks, industry practices, and regulatory requirements.

Work you'll do

• Assist in the execution of IT audit engagements, including testing of IT General Controls (ITGC), application controls, and automated processes.
• Support the assessment of business processes, IT-related risks, and internal controls to identify potential control weaknesses and areas for improvement.
• Perform audit procedures in accordance with established audit methodologies, work programs, and identified risks.
• Prepare audit workpapers, testing documentation, and reports in a timely and organized manner.
• Support the identification and assessment of IT and operational risks across business processes and systems.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to facilitate audit activities and the resolution of audit observations.
• Stay updated on emerging technology risks, industry practices, and relevant regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, Internal Auditing, Accounting Information Systems and Financial Management, Information Systems, or related courses.

Work Experience:

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with 1-2 years of experience in IT Audit, Technology Risk, Risk Advisory or related assurance services is an advantage.

Certifications:

The following certifications are preferred but not required:

• Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
• Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
