Job summary

Fortune is seeking a Forklift Operator to support warehouse operations in the Philippines. The role focuses on organizing stock using the 5S methodology, with emphasis on safety, accuracy, and teamwork.

A valid driver license, TESDA NCII forklift certification, and at least one year of forklift operation experience are required. Responsibilities include material handling, vehicle inspections, loading/unloading, and assisting with cycle counting and restocking.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
TESDA NCII forklift certification required.
Minimum of 1 year experience as forklift operator (reach truck/counterbalance).
Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

Material handling: move pallet-packed materials, stack crates, and transport materials.
Conduct daily pre-shift vehicle inspections (brakes, tires, fluids, hoses).
Adhere to safety protocols, capacity limits, and PPE usage.
Assist in loading/unloading delivery vehicles.
Support warehouse staff and other departments as needed.
Assist with cycle counting, returns, and restocking tasks.
Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated.
