Job summary

Movado Group, Inc. in Mexico City seeks a Warehouse Specialist to oversee 3PL partnerships, monitor fulfillment performance, and safeguard inventory accuracy during the transition to a new operating model.

You will coordinate with SAP/WMS systems, drive process improvements, and ensure timely order processing, returns, and billing alignment with internal stakeholders and the 3PL partner.

Candidates should have 3–5 years in warehouse operations and be bilingual in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of warehouse/logistics experience preferred.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as 3PL warehouse governance lead and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and capacities.
• Oversee order processing, pick/pack, shipping, and service levels; handle exceptions.
• Coordinate with IT/SAP, Finance, and Customer Ops to resolve warehouse issues.
• Monitor inbound/outbound activities and inventory accuracy; support cycle counts.
• Support go-live readiness and hypercare during transition to 3PL.
