Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Proficiency in Canva.
• Proficiency in SketchUp is required.
• Experience creating 3D booth, event, exhibit, retail display, or interior concepts.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, branding, and visual hierarchy.
• Able to understand and work within established brand books and visual guidelines.
• Fast and efficient, with the ability to produce quality work under short turnaround times.
• On-site work during event setup and dismantling when required.

Responsibilities

• Create graphics for social media, digital marketing, promotions, e-commerce, posters, banners, brochures, and other marketing collaterals
• Produce quick-turnaround promotional materials while maintaining accuracy and brand consistency
• Study and understand each brand’s brand book, visual guidelines, identity, and overall aesthetic
• Translate brand guidelines into creative executions that feel polished, premium, and appropriate for the target market
• Design event booths, pop-ups, retail displays, backdrops, signages, counters, shelves, and other experiential marketing materials
• Create 3D booth concepts, layouts, and mockups using SketchUp
• Develop booth designs that consider both aesthetics and practical production requirements
• Prepare print-ready and production-ready artwork, including correct dimensions, bleed, resolution, colors, and file specifications
• Coordinate revisions and technical requirements with printers, fabricators, event contractors, and other suppliers
• Research and source appropriate printing, booth, display, signage, and event materials
• Request, review, and organize supplier quotations when required
• Coordinate directly with suppliers to ensure designs are executed correctly
• Participate in and assist with event booth setup, installation, styling, and dismantling — mandatory
• Manage multiple design requests and priorities while meeting tight deadlines
• High-quality, polished, and on-brand graphic materials
• Fast and accurate promotional graphics for campaigns and sales activities
• Complete 3D booth and event design concepts
• SketchUp booth layouts, perspectives, mockups, and design specifications
• Accurate and production-ready artwork files
