Job summary

Maxicare Health Care is seeking a 2D Echo Technologist to perform vital heart ultrasound imaging and collaborate with Cardiologists to improve patient outcomes. Training through a 1-year employment bond program is available for those without prior 2D Echo experience.

Responsibilities include performing 2D echocardiograms, preparing patients, and ensuring comfort while operating ultrasound machines and coordinating with Cardiologists for timely results.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of anatomy, pathology, and medical terminology.
• Basic understanding of ultrasound machine troubleshooting.
• Skilled in operating ultrasound equipment (or willingness to be trained).
• Can manage multiple patient cases efficiently and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality 2D echocardiograms (M-mode, Doppler, Color flow imaging).
• Prepare and position patients, explain procedures, and ensure their comfort.
• Operate and troubleshoot ultrasound machines.
