Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a licensed Registered Nurse with at least 2 years of experience in outpatient clinic, hospital, or occupational health settings to perform 2D Echocardiography procedures and support diagnostic services.

You will ensure patient safety, obtain consent, document vitals, operate 2D Echo equipment, assist physicians, maintain records, and coordinate with the health team while upholding confidentiality and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Current PRC license as a Registered Nurse
• At least 2 years of work experience in an outpatient clinic, hospital, or occupational health setting (excluding internship)
• Experience in performing 2D Echocardiography (2D Echo) procedures is required
• Relevant training or certification in 2D Echocardiography is required
• BOSH certification and OHNAP, preferred
• BLS or ACLS provider training is an advantage
• Knowledge of occupational health assessment, patient care, and basic emergency response
• Familiarity with vital signs monitoring, patient assessment, and medical documentation
• Ability to operate and maintain 2D Echo equipment and prepare patients for diagnostic procedures
• Ability to assist physicians during medical examinations and diagnostic procedures
• Possess good verbal and written communication skills
• Equipped with basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks efficiently

Responsibilities

• Secures patient consent and maintains confidentiality of patient interactions, medical records, diagnostic results, and health information at all times
• Conducts initial patient assessment, including obtaining and documenting vital signs, medical history, and presenting complaints
• Provides nursing care and assistance during occupational health examinations, medical consultations, and diagnostic procedures
• Performs 2D Echocardiography procedures in accordance with established clinical protocols and physician instructions
• Prepares patients for 2D Echo examinations, explains the procedure, and ensures patient comfort, privacy, and safety
• Operates, checks, and maintains the cleanliness and proper functioning of 2D Echo equipment; promptly reports defective equipment to the Team Leader (TL) or Operations Manager (OM)
• Ensures proper documentation, storage, and endorsement of 2D Echo findings and related diagnostic records in accordance with clinic protocols
• Assists physicians in interpreting and reviewing diagnostic findings when requested, without exceeding the scope of practice
• Receives and verifies patient identity and records relevant information in the clinic information system
• Triages patients when necessary according to urgency and established clinical protocols
• Directs patients to the appropriate consultation or diagnostic service areas and coordinates with physicians and other healthcare personnel
• Carries out physicians’ orders and assists with medical examinations, minor procedures, and emergency response as needed
• Ensures that consultation rooms, procedure rooms, and diagnostic areas are clean, organized, and adequately equipped before and during each shift
• Completes daily equipment and supply checklists and promptly reports issues requiring repair or replenishment
• Maintains accurate and complete nursing and diagnostic documentation and ensures proper endorsement between shifts
• Prepares and submits monthly purchase requests to the OM for the replenishment of medical supplies and consumables
