UBS invites ambitious graduates to join its Global Banking Graduate Talent Program in the Philippines. The 24-month program offers exposure to finance, modelling, market analysis and live deal execution while you build a professional network across teams.

All majors are welcome; curiosity and collaboration are valued in a fast-paced environment. Tagalog fluency helps but is not required, and strong communication plus strategic thinking are essential for success.

Your role

Your team

You’ll be working in our Global Banking team in Philippines. We’re responsible for providing coverage, advisory, capital markets and financing solutions for corporate, financial institutions and sponsor clients.

Your expertise

We’re looking for a candidate who:

• will graduate by June 2027, with less than two years of work experience
• Fluency in Tagalog is a good to have, but not mandatory
• has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
• is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
• is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
• can evidence how experimental and responsible use of AI can improve outcomes and efficiency

Our Graduate Talent Program is 24 months long, and is designed to help you develop the skills you need to grow your career.
