Qualifications

Experience Requirements:

• Trainer: At least 1 year of BPO Trainer experience and 1 year handling a Healthcare account, preferably Triage.

• Team Lead: At least 2 years of Healthcare BPO Team Lead experience, 3 years of recent acute hospital experience (ER/OR), and an active PHRN license in addition to the USRN license.

Work Requirements

• Must be amenable to onsite reporting in Ortigas.
