Maersk in Peru is seeking a Team Leader/Foreman/Lead to oversee warehouse activities, guide the team with clear instructions, and ensure safety, security, and adherence to SOPs and work instructions.

You will monitor attendance, deliver training, and provide feedback through performance dialogues and Gemba walks, while proposing process changes to boost individual performance and operational consistency.
