Based in Banyo, Brisbane, we are seeking an Outbound Telephone Sales/Team Leader to start in January 2026 to support the ANZ Inside Sales Team Structure.

The Opportunity

Joining a tight-knit and collaborative sales team, working across ANZ this role will work collaboratively with the Marketing team and the Regional Sales Managers. The team of3 full-timer's are based in the Auckland and Brisbane offices and one part-timer in Victoria. The role is working B2B and servicing an existing list of clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for a well organised and driven individual, with a strong background in phone sales and service. To be successful in this role you will enjoy:

making outbound telephone sales callsexisting and new clients -to follow up on opportunities, pitch solutions and secure additional business whilst managing the flow of work for the team;

achieving sales growth through building meaningful connections with our existing customer base - proactive upselling is a big part of your day;

communicating and presenting promotional activity and sales deals over the phone to our customers;

fostering strong customer relationships through outbound calls, ensuring our reseller clients understand the products and services Datamars offers the farming community, encouraging them to reach out with product or sales enquiries;

creating and maintaining calls plans to ensure the team's objectives are set and met on a weekly/monthly basis for our customers;

providingtemporary sales cover and support (via Outbound) for Territory Managers during periods of absence (e.g. annual leave);

applying best practice sale techniques;

maintaining and building strong communication with territory-based sales team members throughout New Zealand and Australia;

Liaising with Territory managers, where required on growth opportunities;

generating, chasing, and converting leadsinto revenue;

producing accurate sales reportsto track your teams wins;

effectively record transactions into the CRM (Salesforce) ensuring all the team are keeping their client interactions up to date;

Leading, coaching and ensuring the team are achieving daily and weekly KPI’s.

What you will bring to the role:

In addition to being an experienced Outbound Tele-Sales Team Leader you will bring:

Proven telephone sales performanceand consistent account growth

Experience working with a large number of product SKU’s

A driven, proactive approach, you are always looking for the next opportunity

Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships and contact with customers.

Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks

Resourcefulness paired with a knack for problem-solving

Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, Salesforce CRM, Dialpad would be a great advantage along with SAP and data mining exposure.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

Experience leading a team in tele-sales.

Friendly phone manner with active listening abilities.
