Amazon Web Services (AWS) in Lima-Perú seeks a Solutions Architect to design and implement cloud solutions for enterprise customers. You will partner with teams to migrate, modernize, and shape workloads using AWS technologies, delivering architectures from concept to production.

The role emphasizes hands-on prototyping, proving concepts, and guiding secure cloud migrations, with focus on AI and emerging tech to enhance business outcomes.

Formación

• 4+ years in technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics).
• 2+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures.
• 5+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries.
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English.

• Work hands-on with customer teams—building prototypes, proofs of concept, and production-ready architectures together.
• Assess legacy applications and databases, and co-create practical modernization roadmaps that reduce technical debt and enable innovation.
• Guide customers through cloud migrations—helping them move workloads efficiently and securely.
• Help customers explore how AI and emerging technologies can enhance their applications, operations, and customer experiences.

Our Solutions Architects team is seeking candidates to join our AWS team in Lima-Perú, focused on the Peruvian market, with a variety of skills to help shape and deliver on our strategy for our global customers and partners. As a solutions architect, you will be on the front line of helping customers succeed using AWS technologies, linking technology with measurable business value for organizations ranging from start-ups to large, enterprise customers. Basic Qualifications

• 4+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience
• 2+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience
• 5+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries experience
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within software development or Internet-related industries
• Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud
• Experience working with AWS technologies from a dev/ops perspective
