You will work closely with the Service Manager to ensure sustained focus on service & delivery.
Duties & Responsibilities
Completing service advisor duties to continue the growth we are currently experiencing
Managing service warranties
Working closely with the manufacturers' expectations and requirements
Measuring, monitoring and improving various service KPIs
Driving upselling and identifying new opportunities for growth
Working closely with the Service Advisor team and Workshop Foreman to ensure great service and sales
Managing incoming work and maximising efficiency, productivity & charging efficiency
Stepping in and resolving customer concerns if they are escalated to your level
Communicating effectively with the team and management to ensure the right service is provided to our loyal customers
Cross skilling in all service advisor tasks, including: phone duties, warranty work, delivery co‑ordination, dealer management system utilisation, workshop communication
