We’ve built a strong, friendly team of five, delivering exceptional hair and beauty services to a diverse and loyal clientele. Now, we’re looking for a Salon Manager and/or Senior Hairdresser to start the new year.

About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Hairdresser or Salon Manager who’s passionate about people, creativity, and high standards in hairdressing.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Cutting, colouring, and styling for a broad client base
• Supporting and mentoring junior staff
• Contributing to daily salon operations and smooth client flow
• Maintaining high professional standards and client satisfaction

You’ll bring:

• Strong technical skills across modern cutting, colouring, and styling
• Experience with Redken, Kerastase, or similar salon product ranges
• Previous leadership experience (or a clear desire to step up)
• A caring, positive, and team-focused attitude
