Lycopodium seeks a Senior Structural Engineer to join our expanding engineering team in Lima, San Isidro. The role reports to the Engineering Manager and provides technical leadership while coordinating external sources to fulfill project or study requirements.

Senior engineers may act as Lead Engineers when needed, coordinating information between disciplines. Responsibilities include supervising the project team, delivering compliant concrete and steel designs, and ensuring milestones and

Formación

• University degree in Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• English language speaking, reading, and writing.
• 8+ years post-graduation with heavy industrial or mining experience preferred.
• Familiarity with mining industry and/or process plant design.
• Ability to manage client interaction on design and drafting issues.
• Ability to deliver tasks unsupervised within milestones with high accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and supervise the structural engineering and drafting project team.
• Provide structural designs that meet process, project, and client requirements.
• Prepare concrete and structural steel designs that comply with study or project codes and standards.
• Undertake structural designs within agreed dates and man-hour budgets.
• Enable effective and timely completion of structural designs and drawings through design input.
